On-grid ground-mounted solar power plant with a total installed capacity of 4,029 MW. It is located in the Odessa region.

The solar installation consists of almost 16 368 photovoltaic polycrystalline modules.

The construction was completed in 2015. Generation license had been received (NERC Resolution of 14.04.2016 No. 630).

It operates according to the “Green” Tariff system (NERC Resolution of 04.08.2016 № 1364)
